(Aa) Rectangular shape box, with ridges on sides; four dolphin feet; (Ab) rectangular flat cover scallop shell design; (BC) shell-shape ashtray, with matching ridges, three feet; All pieces with an oval paper label inscribed: "GENUINE/HAND MADE/Cambridge/MADE IN USA."
