Primary Description: 
3 Fragments. Colorless glass; blown, facet-cut. Three fragments, which together make most of rim and neck. Dull and pitted, with slightly iridescent dark and light gray weathering. Inside of neck has horizontal black line and other black marks. (a) Colorless or almost colorless glass; blown, applied. Fragment of ewer. Rim shaped like inverted cone, pinched pouring lip and rounded edge; neck cylindrical, but wider near bottom than at top. Applied decoration on rim and neck. On rim, continuous horizontal trail, 0-.5 cm below lip. On neck: single register bordered at top and bottom by pairs of horizontal trails. Register contains five motifs shaped like two question marks, one above other, which alternate with five vertical zigzag patterns. Handle has ribbon-like cross section. It rises vertically before curving in and down, terminating in loop attached to top of rim. Vertical part has two trails with horizontal “teeth” made by folding and pinching. Curved part has short trail with three loops, which are surmounted by pointed finial. (b) Neck of bottle. Rim plain, with rounded lip; neck shaped like truncated cone that is narrower at bottom than at top. It is decorated with raised collar (H. 2.9 cm) bearing seven vertical facets, each somewhat rounded at top and bottom, outlined in relief.
