Primary Description: 
Bank. Clear glass with yellow tinge and opaque white glass; free blown, with latticinio and applied and tooled decoration; flat heavy foot with rough pontil mark, annulated knop stem, conical body with latticinio loopings and sunken top closed except for a slot. Applied decoration four struts accompanying body from stem on, converging above center and being decorated with pincered and rigaree railing; at meeting of struts, three balls one on top of the other, diminishing in size (a clear between two in white) and being accompanied again by four rigaree trailings.
