Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, enameled. Panel-cut tapered bowl, constricted and facet-cut at base; enameled in orange-red with three male figures in landscape setting: one figure wearing tasseled hat points with his right hand; another, wearing great coat, waistcoat and tricorn hat, holds a folded paper; the third walks forward holding a pitchfork; formal foliate border below; facet-cut, polygonal foot; polished pontil mark with notched rim.
