Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Waisted, panel- cut shape; cut rim; the paneled sides with relief-cut diamond shape panels of nailhead diamonds; an oval panel in relief on the front, with finely engraved profile bust-length portrait of a man facing to his right, with short, curly hair, soft coat with military order on his chest; inscribed "DB" on the sleeve; protruding rounded, panel-cut foot, each panel with polished circular facet; bottom covered with cut nailhead diamonds, with a cut sunburst in a square in the center.
