Web Description: 
Møhl uses Venetian decorative techniques to produce glass with a restrained, spare, and distinctly Scandinavian sensibility. With his palette of black, white, and colorless glasses, he decorates his vessels with pencil-thin lines of filigrana in different patterns. In their spontaneity and complexity, they appear as if drawn on the vase rather than blown from cane. These four vessels create one work that is a study in the filigrana technique.

Primary Description: 
Colorless and black and brown glass; blown with filigrana cane. Ovoid vessel with small, circular opening at the top. Decorated overall with pencil-thin lines of filigrana in a series of horizontal lines with a many center seams creating a ribbed pattern.

The exhibition organized by Glasmuseet Ebeltoft features two prominent Danish artists, Tobias Møhl and Trine Drivsholm. The exhibition, which is the couples most ambitious project to date, is entitled "Hot & Cool" and will include, among others, an installation of "Long Necks" and a new wall installation by Trine Drivsholm and a selection of newer vessels, bowls and plates by Tobias Møhl.
