Colorless and transparent green lead glass; blown and cut. Circular rim with cut scallops swells to low profile bulbous body with green machine threading halfway down body and copper and stone wheel cut flowers and leaves in the rock crystal style; short cylindrical base; polished pontil; wheel engraved on base: "STEUBEN/F. Carder".
