Primary Description: 
Colorless and transparent blue glass; blown. Hollow double- walled hemispherical bowl with smooth rounded rim, the inner wall is blue, the outer wall and rest of object colorless; a hole extends from the large space between the two walls through the annular knop and low, wide, solid conical foot; "Steuben" in script acid-stamped on bottom.
