Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown into a mold, sandblasted or etched, carved, polished. Thickly blown straight-walled cylinder flat polished rim; walls decorated with three broad non-identical deeply etched or sandblasted lobed panels connected by swags all in high relief, unpolished carved panel decoration consists of pineapple, flower, thistle in low relief, wheel-carved and polished details; background left with mottled surface; solid base ground and polished flat, no pontil; inscribed in block letters on base: "LOBMEYR".
