Colorless non-lead glass; pressed, tooled, and cut in "1401, Empress" pattern. Circular shape, with three "dolphin" like supports, the tails of which extend up the sides of the bowl like ribs; sides flared after removal from mold; molded scalloped edge; cut floral and leaf decoration around sides.
