Primary Description: 
Translucent deep blue glass; opaque white glass; cast in two layers; cut; polished. Fragment from inlay with straight edge at top and bottom; decorated in white on deep blue with stylized palmette, closely resembling fleur-de-lis, between two elements which terminate in scrolls of narrow leaves; parts of upper and lower edges survive as cast, but both have been grazed.
