Circular upper rim; cylindrical candle cup with blue cintra glass decoration rings; body of red cintra glass cased with colorless glass; spool-shape colorless section; elongated inverted conical shaft ending in a semi-spherical ball, curvilinear conical foot; blue cintra glass decoration rings around base; has portion of original triangular gold paper label: "MADE IN CORNING, N.Y., STEUBEN".
