Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, engraved. Tall form, with waisted neck, rounded shoulders, cylindrical sides; engraved band of rectangles with circles and dashes within, vertical facets above, wavy line below; engraved foliate swags below, with pendant tassels; inscribed "P ST[conjoined]"; flat base with rough pontil mark.
