Cologne Bottle. Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Pear-shape body, everted neck rim; cut flat panels on upper part of body, engraved flowers on lower part, ground and polished pontil mark; pasteboard label attached with brown thread to bottleneck reads: "1 oz 3358 Cologne / 40 to match / have lips round / and well made / and bottles free / from tool and / ... / 8/18/00 T. G. Hawkes & Co." on one side and "Please see that / ... polished" on other.
