Web Description: 
For his recent “Color Study” series, Myers positions flat glass shapes inside a mold. The vessel is blown inside the mold, and the colored pieces of glass adhere to its surface. This technique is quite different from that which was used to create the “Contiguous Fragments” series, in which layers of color were built up on the interior and exterior of the vessel while it was on the blowpipe.
