Comet Footed Bowl. Lead glass, colorless; pressed in two parts; shallow circular bowl, sides curving to broad scalloped upright rim, wide Horn o'Plenty band around flat concentric-ring center; attached by heavy merese to domed foot with circle of alternate bull's eye and diamond-disc on underside.
