Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved, zwischengoldglas panel. (a) Ovoid bowl with engraved and gilded band of circular dots below rim; engraved bow and floral swags above an oval zwischengold panel with a man's silhouette in black on a gold ground, framed with an engraved border and band of circular facets; engraved coat of arms of a wheel on the reverse; band of faceting at the base; angular merese above a faceted ball knop, and a spreading cut square foot, with polished pontil mark and flower on the bottom. (b) Domed shape with rounded rim and inset cylindrical brim; band of engraved gilt circular facets on the side; cut rounded panels on top, outlined with gilding; small facet-cut baluster finial mounted n a merese; gilt on the top.
