Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown and engraved. (a) Inverted bell- shape with applied three-part handles on each side; three-part stem; domed, folded foot; polished pontil mark underneath signed "Steuben". Engraving on side of the British Royal Arms encircled by the motto of the order of the Garter "HONI SOIT MAL Y PENSE", supported by the Lion and the Unicorn with the motto of the Prince of Wales, "DIEU ET MON DROIT" below. (b) Cover - domed cover with crown finial and ground and polished rim.
