Primary Description: 
Opaque cream colored glass; blown and tooled, enameled and gilded. Circular shape with ruffled rim which has been tooled up and in on two sides and down on the other two sides giving the rim an oval cross section. Pale yellow and rust splotches enameled on interior; gilt flowers and leaves on both interior and exterior. Satin finish. Circular flat base has smooth pontil mark in center with "C" superimposed on "M" above "99" and below a crown. Silver-plated metal frame has two upthrust arms; circular section to hold bowl base above a square platform with four legs. Molded flower and leaves on arms and base. "PAIRPOINT MFG CO P QUADRUPLE/PLATE 2263" on base.
