Primary Description: 
Pale blue, amethyst, yellow non-lead glasses; millefiori, fused, slumped, polished. Shallow, circular shape, with everted rim and rounded sides; purple and white filigree twist on the rim; the sides and bottom formed of random slices of canes with sets of three yellow-rimmed-amethyst "feathers" bound at the base with purple bands; against a pale bluish background; two canes at the rim forming "V/M" monograms in white on purple; incised line below the rim, inside; the entire surface polished, inside and out.
