Primary Description: 
Almost colorless, with yellowish green tinge. Blown or cast; cut. Dish or plaque: oval, with pointed ends and rounded bottom. Rim has flat top. Decorated in relief on exterior: long axis has three slightly irregular disks (D. 1.8 cm), each with circular knob at center; on each side of dish, above spaces between disks, two small knobs.
