Primary Description: 
Colorless glass with aqua tinge, applied deep blue trails; blown with trail decoration. Infolded rim, broken away, double tubular body formed by tooling or flattening from one side after deep blue trail decoration was wound around body; small blue handles applied on opposing side and pulled up to rim, heavy trail of blue applied over one handle, pulled up in an arc and trailed over the other handle, arc is pinched into a central knob for decoration; rounded base still has large pontil wad attached.
