Primary Description: 
Colorless (gray) non-lead glass; blown (sheet glass), polished, engraved. Flat, rectangular shape; the faces polished flat, the edges grozed and partly ground; one side engraved with a depiction of the creation of Eve; the figure of Adam lying nude on the ground, asleep; Eve kneeling alongside, with hands clasped; the figure of God standing behind, with one hand raised, two fingers extended in blessing; in the left background, smaller figures (presumably) depicting God creating Adam; a palm tree and an apple tree behind Eve; a flock of animals at the left, including male and female lions, two sheep, and a pig; in the foreground, five plants; inscribed in German letters at the left: "Denn durch Ihn ist alles geschaf /fen, das im Himel und auff erden ist,/das sichtbare und unsichbare, beide/die Thronen und Herrschaften und/Furstenthum und obrigkeiten.es ist/alles durch ihn und zu ihm geschaf /fen Colos [?].1."
