Primary Description: 
Transparent deep blue. Blown; scratch-engraved. Wall is straight and perhaps descends vertically. Exterior has scratch-engraved ornament, which may include small part of Kufic inscription filled with transverse hatching, associated with small hatched circles, and indeterminate motif.
