Primary Description: 
Transparent blue over colorless. Blown, cased or applied, and relief-cut. Fragment: flat. Colorless glass (Th. 0.15 cm) has relief cut overlay (Th. 0.1 cm) with part of apparently symmetrical motif: rectangular central portion (L. more than 1.0 cm, W. 0.45 cm) bifurcates at one end, with trace of element in relief between forks, and appears to expand or bifurcate at other end; central element five symmetrically placed cuts and forks are notched.
