Primary Description:
Fragment. Transparent deep blue; decorated in deep brown and orange yellow. Blown; stained. Fragment. Wall (Th. 0.1 cm) almost vertical, but with slightly convex profile. Decorated on outside: pair of parallel deep brown lines, presumed to be horizontal; above them, small part of orange-yellow rosette or similar motif; below them, curved deep brown line, perhaps part of scroll, containing rosette or similar motif, apparently with alternating deep brown and orange-yellow petals. Deep brown stain has bright off-white edges, which appear to be outlines, but are more likely to be “halos.” Orange-yellow petal in lower rosette may have pale yellow outline, but this, too, may be "halo."
