Decorated on outside: horizontal borderline above band of ornament that includes, on left, arc from border of circular or subcircular element, presumably one of several, and, on right, part of triangle with straight base, hollow sides, and apex pointing down - evidently it occupied space between two circular or subcircular motifs; triangle is solid, with scratched details.
