Primary Description: 
Fragment. Transparent deep blue; decorated in pale green and orange yellow. Blown; stained. Fragment: cylindrical. Wall (Th. 0.1 cm) is straight and either vertical or tapering slightly. Decorated on outside: at top of fragment, in pale green, narrow band (W. 0.8 cm) of scrolls, with numerous dots in background; below this, band (W. at least 1.3 cm) of unevenly applied orange yellow.
