Primary Description: 
Transparent blue glass; blown, scratched engraved. Rim plain, with rounded lip, upper wall vertical. Upper wall is decorated with narrow horizontal band with single border lines above and below, and one additional horizontal line between upper border and rim. Band contains row of isosceles triangles with bases formed by lower border and apexes touching upper border. Triangles are filled with transverse hatching.
