Primary Description: 
Colorless, with few very small bubbles. Blown and relief-cut. Fragment of vessel. Wall apparently straight and possibly vertical. Exterior has decoration in relief: part of palmette with notched outlines; lower end terminates in volutes; interior is cut in shallow facets.
