Primary Description: 
Colorless bubbly glass; slightly cloudy at inside; blown and diamond point engraved. Plain spreading unevenly folded foot, with rough pontil mark, hollow dumbbell stem with two cushion knops, large bucket bowl; including a rose, gilly flower, tulip, etc., on the bowl, a wreath of floral motifs on the foot.
