Bulbous pointed shape; circular rim tapers to base of bowl; body cut with the thistle pattern; panel-faceted, spool-shape stem; heavy square foot cut on base with large and small square grid design; marked on side of foot with acid stamp: fleur de lis; also scratch engraved on side of foot: "23, ".
