Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Large cup-shaped bowl, with engraved representation of Brittania in a circular reserve framed by crossed oak branches, and the inscription "O FAIR BRITANNIA HAIL."; petal cutting at the base of the bowl, merging with diamond cutting on the straight stem; disk foot, engraved on the underside with a garland of flowers, including a rose and buds, honeysuckle, passionflower and carnations; polished pontil mark.
