Primary Description: 
Colorless and transparent ruby-red non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Conical, panel-cut bowl with engraved crowned mirror monogram "GSVK" (?) between crossed berried palm fronds; bowl enclosing numerous spiral red bands; disk above a facet-cut inverted baluster stem enclosing multiple spiral red threads; triple collar at the base of the stem; conical foot enclosing multiple spiral red threads; rough pontil mark on the underside; inscribed "84." on the foot.
