Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass, ruby stained; blown, cut, and engraved. Ovoid bowl with ruby-stained panel on one side and portholes on the other; panel with copper wheel engraving of large building inscribed below "City hall New-York", cut panels on lower part of bowl; flat knop at base of bowl, solid stem, circular foot with vertical panels cut through staining; polished pontil mark.
