Primary Description: 
Colorless glass with yellow tint; cup-shaped bowl with blue rim; curved twist stem with applied blue wings at the lower part and blue flowers at the upper part. Slightly domed, wide flaring foot. Rough pontil marks under the foot and in the center of the bowl.
