Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved, gilt, double- walled plaques. Large, ovoid bowl; polished and gilt rim, with a row of linked gilt circular facets below; elaborately engraved scrolled frame, with floral swags and a wreath of foliage, and three inserted oval plaques with silhouette portraits in black on a gold background, on the inner surface, the portrait at the right of a man facing dexter, a woman at the left facing sinister, and a smaller plaque centered, below, with a silhouette of a girl facing dexter; the reverse side of the oval plaques are of matte gold; on the reverse side of the bowl, an oval frame of foliage wrapped with ribbon, enclosing the inscription "Denckma//der/Freundschaft", a wide band of cut diamond-shaped facets at the base of the bowl; stem with angular merese above a faceted disk knop, and spreading cut square stem and foot, with cut straight rim; the base polished flat, with cut circular pontil mark and eight-pointed star at the center.
