Primary Description: 
Goblet-Vase. Transparent pale yellowish-green glass; free-blown, with applied and tooled decoration. Spreading folded slightly domed foot with pontil mark, light blue pattern-molded (ribs swirling from left to right), squat baluster stem, bowl consisting of an ovoid lower and a flattened oval upper part with small rim; eight blue small spiral prunts applied to the upper part of bowl.
