Primary Description: 
Colorless glass, translucent blue and opaque white enamels; mold-blown, hot-worked, enameled. Straight-walled cylinder, with double-walled upper third, rounded top edge; open center cylinder, with edge ground and polished flat giving doughnut appearance to object; walls of exterior ring enameled in blue and scribed in stylized images of heads, profiles and other facial features, two large patches of white enamel on opposite walls; flat base with central concave circular area; no pontil; inscribed in block letters on base near edge: "JAN ADAM 78".
