Primary Description: 
Silvery, red-brown, black iron; cast, machined. Circular shape, a large cylindrical sleeve, incised "COQ NOIR/14902" on the exterior, with long rectangular curved strap, with attached threaded bar at right angles, bolted to the sleeve; the sleeve attached by screws to a heavy disk, with deep figure of a rooster open on the inside; screwed to a metal base plate with central circular hole in the base.
