(a) In the form of a seated man with a long beard and a flat hat; neck, ground inside for stopper, rising from hat; hands of figure in front holding a staff with "Poland/Water" running vertically up his legs; rear "POLAND MINERAL SPRINGS WATER" around "PMS" on man's upper back; "THE MOSES BOTTLE/FAC-SIMILE OF FIRST POLAND WATER BOTTLE/HIRAM RICKER & SONS, INC." on lower edge of rear side, plain base. (b) Separate pressed stopper is mushroom shaped.
