Primary Description: 
Colorless shading into transparent green glass; metal, gold-colored; cut, ground and polished, presumably held in place with adhesive; metal gilded. Plaque: square, but distorted so that surface curves in three dimensions, corners and edges rounded; band: thin strip which forms incomplete circle with one end higher than other; higher end is straight and split vertically with glass inserted in resultant space at angle of about 45° between side of plaque and edge of band and with most of plaque above band; lower end has rounded angles and is bent slightly outward; band with two areas of gilding: (1) mid-way between ends, on both surfaces, transverse stripe; (2) between mid-point and lower end, short transverse stripe on outside and even shorter transverse stripe on inside.
