Opaque white, brownish-amethyst, lead glasses; blown, overlaid, etched, cameo-carved. Shallow, circular shape; with upcurved sides; overlaid white on amethyst, cameo-carved to create a scene of a partly-draped young man seated on a block, with one foot raised on a separate block, a partly-draped woman leans over his back, reaching forward to trace his shadow on a wall, while a winged putto assists her, holding a torch behind her back; a draped table at the right with an urn, a hanging lamp above it; a masonry wall at the left, and square block pavement below; at the bottom, a formal palmette motif; incised signature at the right, "G. Woodall / 1884"; back polished.
