Hexagonal, flat form, with polished top and sides; the bottom with molded scene of an Indian wearing a feather headdress, and with a blanket robe, facing a settler wearing a visored hat, a thigh-length coat, and trousers, leaning on a cane, with right hand raised; a fluttering American flag in the background; an axe and plough between and behind the two men, with a rural scene in the background; inscribed "LABOR/VIRTUE/HONOR" in three linked ovals above; inscribed "J. WILLSON" below the figures.
