Primary Description: 
Colorless (grey) non-lead glass; blown, polished, engraved. Flat, polished thin rectangular panel, with grozed, rough edges; engraved from the back with three crowned lions recumbent on a grassy field surmounted by a large numeral "8" of laurel leaves, surmounted by a large Elector's cap with ermine trimming and enriched with scroll ornaments.
