Flat, rectangular form, with polished flat face; enclosing a molded white sulphide head of a man with long sideburns and mustache, facing dexter; inscribed on the base of the neck in Cyrillic letters "S. NIKOLS[KOY]E/[?]SKIL."; the sides with cut linear grooves and short grooves crossing at right angles; the reverse covered with cross-cut diamonds; drilled at the top, with an attached foliate-stamped and gilded mount, with turned post and loose ring for hanging, held on with a screw.
