White plaster; cast. (a and b) together form a complete cast of the two sides of 63.4.20, a cylindrical vase with elaborate engraving; (b) has been broken off of a at some time in the past and represents part of one half of the cast; (c) is a cast only of the central engraved medallion of (a), which are a bird with quiver, arrows and bugle of battle ; (d) is a cast of the central engraved medallion of (b), a bird with a basket of flowers.
