Primary Description: 
Transparent dark blue lead glass; blown, pressed, engraved, gilded. Tapered ovoid bowl with engraved representation of a three-masted ship with inscription "THE GLORIOUS / 11 OF OCTr 1797" in an arc above and "DUNCAN AND VICTORY" in an arc on the reverse, all gilded, and with a gilded rim; ball knop over terraced square foot (the faces cut), with gold lines on edges and ribbed dome underneath (a "lemon squeezer" foot); "1615" inscribed in white paint underneath foot.
