Transparent dark blue non-lead glass; mold-blown. Eight-sided hour glass shape with flat shoulders, and flat eight-sided base; screw thread neck with pewter cap. Original paper label in front with "MERRILL'S/OTTO OF ROSE SMELLING SALTS".
