Primary Description:
Transparent deep blue; bubbles. Blown (perhaps in dip mold); linear-cut. Bottle with carrot-shaped body. Rim plain, with rounded lip; neck cylindrical, but wider at top than at bottom; shoulder slopes and has rounded edge; wall tapers, with circular cross section at top and square cross section at bottom; base flat; no pontil mark. Neck and wall have broad, rather irregular linear-cut ornament. On neck: five oval or circular cuts just below rim and, under these, one continuous horizontal groove. On body (from top to bottom): (1) eight lanceolate motifs, rounded at top and pointed at bottom, each with short arc-shaped cut above and pairs of short horizontal cuts at bottom, between it and its neighbors; (2) two continuous more or less horizontal grooves; (3) on each of four sides, two or more short straight or arc-shaped cuts; and (4) also on each side, one pair of vertical cuts.
